Réalisée par Mert & Marcus, la paire légendaire de photographes, la vidéo entièrement en noir et blanc est aussi érotique qu’une pub Dolce & Gabbana. Pas si étonnant puisque l’on y retrouve des mannequins dont la sphère mode ne se passe plus comme Jon Kortajarena, Sean O’Pry, Simon Nessman ou encore Rob Evans.

Au menu, tout ce qui peut être smoking hot ! Un stylisme S&M – cuir, métal, chaînes – et des messieurs taillés en V dansant en talons aiguilles… On croque dans la pomme* (*ou on la lèche de façon sensuelle #tendancePE2012) et devant nos yeux défilent des scènes homo-érotiques, avant que la Madone ne soit elle-même victime d’assauts sexuels. Autant d’éléments qui ne sont pas sans nous rappeler le clip « Alejandro » de Lady Gaga.

Madonna danse comme si elle avait encore 20 ans. C’est une « good girl gone wild » qui demande “pardon”. En nous offrant un clip aussi hot, lui refuser serait un péché.

Madonna, again? Indeed. The pop-star can’t go unnoticed recently as she surrounds herself with the most famous celebrities from the fashion world for her music video « Girl Gone Wild ».

Directed by Mert & Marcus, the legendary photographers, the video entirely in black and white is as erotic as a Dolce & Gabbana ad. Not very surprising when you have a look at the cast: models that the world of fashion can’t get enough of, such as Jon Kortajarena, Sean O’Pry, Simon Nessman or Rob Evans.

Au menu, anything as long as it’s smoking hot! An S&M styling – leather, metal, shackles – and V-shaped gentlemen dancing in high-heels… Have a bite in the apple* (*or lick it in the most sensual way #fashiontrendSS2012) enjoy homo-erotic scenes and watch Madonna herself being sexually assaulted. Of course, you will have noticed the similarities with the music video “Alejandro” by Lady Gaga.

Madonna dances like a 20 year-old. « Good girl gone wild », she asks for forgiveness. With such a smoking hot music video, not forgiving would be a sin.

La France a perdu son triple A et ne s’en remet pas. L’euro…on évitera de l’évoquer. L’économie mondiale ? On est d’accord… En période de crise, il est toujours très intéressant – et amusant – de garder un œil sur les marques et leur façon de communiquer. Ici, deux réactions complètement opposées…

Tim Walker photographie une campagne rose bonbon pour Mulberry qui ne semble pas connaître – ou du moins veut ignorer – la crise. C’est une invitation à venir se rouler dans les glaces et les bonbons avec deux mannequins heureuses qui affichent des looks flashy.

France lost its triple A and won’t get over it. Euro…we’ll try and not talk about it, okay? Worldwide economy? Yeah, alright… Amidst a crisis, it is always very interesting –and amusing– to keep an eye on how brands communicate. Here are two opposite reactions to it.

Tim Walker shoots a candy campaign for Mulberry which doesn’t know –or rather, tries to forget about- the crisis. It’s a real invitation to come and roll over ice-cream and gummies with two lovely and happy models wearing flashy clothes.

Pour les réalistes – pessimistes ? – on se retrouve avec Steven Meisel pour Balenciaga dans un appartement légèrement vide, avec des cheveux gras et une attitude désinvolte : « J’ai la flemme de sortir mais il faut bien que je me nourrisse même si j’ai plus de thune ».

Et vous, vous choisissez quelle attitude pour le printemps 2012 ?

For those of you who are more realistic -pessimistic?- you will picture yourself in a rather empty apartment, with greasy hair and a “couldn’t-care-less” attitude with Steven Meisel for Balenciaga: “Don’t wanna go out but I need to get food…even though I don’t have any money left!

Habillée en Givenchy Haute Couture par Riccardo Tisci pour sa performance lors de la mi-temps du Superbowl 2012, Madonna fait son come-back sur le devant de la scène.

Les costumes faisaient partie intégrante du show, Madonna se changeant sur scène, révélant sous sa cape dorée brodée à la main une mini-jupe noire.

Riccardo Tisci avait déjà collaboré avec la star il y a trois ans, dessinant pour elle les costumes de sa tournée.

Chantant quelques uns de ses hits incontournables (“Vogue”, “Music” and “Express Yourself”), Madonna a également interprété pour la première fois son nouveau single « Give me all your luvin’ » ft. Nicki Minaj and M.I.A.

Selon les propos de Riccardo Tisci, “On dit que tout a une limite, mais les limites n’existent pas avec Madonna”. Avec son nouveau clip déjà vu plus de 14 millions de fois sur YouTube en une semaine, il semble impossible d’arrêter la Madone.

Wearing Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci for her performance at the Superbowl 2012 half time show, Madonna makes her come-back on the front scene.

Designed as part of the show, all costumes were changed on stage, from an all over hand-embroidered gold cape to the unveiling of a black mini dress.

Riccardo Tisci had previously collaborated with the star three years ago, designing costumes for her tour.

Madonna sang some of her greatest hits including “Vogue”, “Music” and “Express Yourself”. But she also performed for the first time her new single “Give me all your luvin’” ft. Nicki Minaj and M.I.A.

According to Riccardo Tisci, “People say everything has a limit, but limits do not exist with Madonna”. With over 14 million views in only a week for her new music video on YouTube, Madonna seems unstoppable.
